Are you looking for a better way of working?
Who are we?
In East Sussex, our highly innovative Early Help 0-19 Service places health visiting at the core of support for families with children aged 0-5 years across the county. We are seeking qualified health visitors who wish to join a dynamic, committed, and integrated team of highly trained early help professionals dedicated to ensuring families' needs are central to our work.
We recognize each family is unique, and our service must adapt to their changing needs. To deliver this, we foster a transparent culture that encourages creative thinking and innovative practices.
We value our workforce as our greatest asset and provide unparalleled supervision and staff support, with a strong focus on wellbeing.
Our development opportunities include in-house clinical and professional training through conferences, communities of practice, and clinical update days.
We also offer career development via clinical supervision and champion roles, and opportunities to participate in service development and quality improvement initiatives through working groups and audits.

Statement on the Use of AI
We value the individuality each candidate brings to the application process. While AI tools are widely available, we strongly discourage their use in applying for jobs with us. We believe your application should reflect your true skills, experiences, and motivations, best conveyed through your own words and perspective.
