Your role and responsibilities As a Senior Test Management Quality Engineer, you'll leverage your extensive technical expertise and leadership skills to drive innovation and excellence within our organization. Responsibilities: * Lead the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive test management strategies * Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement * Collaborate with stakeholders to define system architecture and ensure seamless integration with testing methodologies * Stay current with emerging testing trends, tools, and best practices * Contribute to the development of test management strategies and roadmaps Join our team and contribute to the development of robust and reliable testing solutions. Required technical and professional expertise * Extensive experience in test management, technical testing, business domain knowledge, and testing methodologies * Masterful proficiency in core testing, technical testing, and testing methodologies * Proven track record of delivering high-quality test management solutions in a professional setting * Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills * Strong foundation in Agile and DevOps methodologies * Experience setting up test management activities within JIRA Xray or similar tools * Knowledge of IBM Ignite for Oracle Cloud Test Automation Platform or other automation testing tools * Experience writing detailed test plans * Ability to report complex information clearly and concisely This role is subject to pre-employment screening in line with the UK Government's Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS).
