eCommerce Account Strategist

Push is a London based full spectrum digital marketing Agency that specialises in delivering AI enhanced solutions.Beyond everything else, we are looking for a curious, motivated individual who wants to be at the forefront of the industry.We have offices in Athens, Dubai and will soon be opening an office in Liverpool.
About you
We are looking for someone to develop and execute cutting-edge paid media strategies that drive exceptional results for our e-commerce clients. You will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies across multiple platforms. You will be highly motivated with strong commercial acumen with the ability to communicate across all levels with internal and external stakeholders.
As an Account Strategist you will be responsible for the following key areas:
* Lead and Manage the eCommerce team: Push is a rapidly growing AI agency, we're looking for a proactive, enthusiatic Strategist who is comfortable managing a team.
* Strategic Account Management: Develop and implement growth strategies across digital channels aligned with client business goals.
* Client Relationship and Campaign Oversight: Cultivate strong client relationships, oversee the day-to-day execution of campaigns, and conduct audits for new business support.
* Financial Management: Monitor and manage the financial performance of client accounts, including budgeting and forecasting.
* Innovative Techniques Implementation: To stay ahead in the adoption of emerging AI technologies, leverage innovative techniques learned from Push's Digital Channels, and collaborate closely with the Push Digital Innovation and Automation Lab (DIAL).
* Account Team Management: Lead the account team, ensuring efficient operations, and take responsibility for the strategic positioning of client ad spending within the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth Strategies:
* Develop and implement growth strategies across digital channels, aligning with customer business goals.
* Ensure that all customer accounts and campaigns are managed by agreed-upon objectives.
* Work with DIAL and other Push Functions to expand client success over other channels and through the use of AI.
Campaign Execution:
* Oversee the end-to-end execution of paid media campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and meeting key performance indicators.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including creative and analytics, to optimise campaign elements.
Team Management:
* Manage the day-to-day running of accounts alongside the performance team.
* Provide team management as required, ensuring alignment with strategic goals using tools provided such as Asana
Client Positioning:
* Be responsible for the portfolio of accounts in your team, ensuring clients are clear on the strategic positioning of their ad spend with Push.
Continuous Learning:
* Stay ahead of industry trends by implementing new techniques learned from the Digital Channels/Push organisation.
* Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and knowledge development.
New Business:
* Conduct channel audits to support new business and show a clear understanding of goals and tactics to achieve results.
Core Competencies:
* Natural curiosity and a desire to learn:Digital Marketing is evolving fast and to excel in this role you will need to want to embrace that change.
* Analytical Thinking: Quickly analyses information, identifies gaps, and makes strategic assumptions.
* PPC Management Expertise: Brings over 3 years of extensive experience in managing PPC campaigns across diverse digital channels, showcasing proficiency in various platforms.
* Digital Channel Mastery: Good understanding of major digital channels, including Meta, Google and TikTok, with hands-on experience in paid advertising campaigns.
* Budget Management and Insights: Effectively manages customer budgets and contributes insightfully to budgeting processes.
* Collaborative Drive: Collaborative and team-oriented, encourages engagement with customers, and sets ambitious goals for team success.
Location: Greater London (White City), Hybrid 3 days in office.
Salary: £48,000 - £50,000
