Salary: £15,000 - 15,000 per year Requirements:
* We are looking for an Enterprise Architect who holds current Security Clearance (SC) or has the ability to pass it. You should have proven experience working across large, complex environments, and be confident operating at both the strategic and delivery levels. Desired qualifications include TOGAF or ISEB, as well as one of the following: ITIL, IT4IT, or COBIT.
Responsibilities:
* In this role, you will be responsible for translating business strategy into actionable change, leading cross-cutting capabilities, and shaping enterprise-wide architectural direction. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Defining and owning the enterprise architecture vision, strategy, and roadmaps (business, technology, and data).
* Identifying priorities for change and enabling delivery at pace.
* Taking a strategic view across multiple architectural domains and programmes.
* Influencing decision-making to support reuse, sustainability, scalability, and value for money.
* Establishing architectural principles, policies, and standards.
* Consulting across the organization and supporting collaboration.
* Understanding organizational ecosystems, dependencies, and reference architectures.
* Leading architectural governance and assurance activities.
* Horizon scanning and applying emerging trends to organizational strategy.
* Developing and supporting the architecture community.
* Additionally, you should be comfortable with:
* Communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
* Coaching others on architectural communication and decision-making.
* Defining problems, shaping solution options, and challenging assumptions.
* Evaluating suppliers and understanding contractual frameworks.
* Supporting conflict resolution and cross-team collaboration.
