Salary: £38,000
Bonus: £2,000 to £5,000 annually
Location: Halesowen
Shift: Days - Monday to Friday

Are you an experienced Facilities Engineer looking for a new opportunity?
Our client has an exciting opening for a Facilities Engineer to join their dedicated team in Halesowen. The engineers play a crucial role in maintaining a range of building infrastructure and associated facilities, ensuring the smooth operation of the site and the continuous provision of high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain office, factory, and associated facilities to high standards.
* Protect building infrastructure.
* Reactive repair of various equipment and facilities.
* Operate ancillary equipment.
* Liaise with contractors.
* Supervise apprentices.
Skills and Experience Required:
* 3+ years in Facilities Maintenance or Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineering.
* Strong work ethic and reliability.
* Ability to work with power tools.
* Eligible to work in the UK, full clean driving licence.
Desirable Qualifications:
* NVQ Level 3 Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or BTEC Level 3.
* IEE qualification up to 18th edition wiring regulations.
* Understanding of hydraulic systems (training provided).
* Welding and fabrication experience.
* Experience with industrial doors and loading bay systems.
