Job Title: Administration Assistant Reporting to: Administration Manager Direct Reports: None Position Type: Permanent. 35 hours per week. Monday to Friday Overview: Why Tokio Marine HCC? Job Purpose: This is an excellent opportunity to join the Surety Team within a leading and highly profitable financial company. The team is successful, busy, enthusiastic, and highly motivated, taking great pride in delivering a high level of service. The role involves providing administrative and clerical support to the Credit & Surety Division and is based in an attractive out-of-town location with onsite parking. The ideal candidate will have excellent keyboard skills, a strong eye for detail, a confident and courteous telephone manner, and the ability to work quickly and accurately. Full training on Surety Bonds products and processes will be provided. Key Responsibilities: Assisting with incoming/outgoing Surety post Input and retrieval of data on a bespoke database (underwriting systems) Filing documentation into ImageRight (paperless filing system) Producing letters and invoices Assist as required with the delivery of various staff and corporate events Monitoring of the general department e-mail box and distribution of incoming e-mails as appropriate Cover main switchboard and reception desks as required General Office Administration Other reasonable duties as instructed by the Surety Administration Manager Skills and Experience Specification: Essential: Good command of English and numeracy Good keyboard skills, high level of accuracy is essential Good level of written and verbal communication skills Good organisational skills Self-motivated and able to use own initiative Key Benefits Hybrid working options.
