We’re creating a brand-new role for a Talent Partner — and it’s your chance to make a lasting impact. This is more than recruitment. You’ll be the driving force behind our talent strategy: embedding our values, building strong pipelines, and ensuring we always have the right people in the right roles.
What you’ll do:
* Lead end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning.
* Partner with managers to shape future talent needs.
* Build pipelines through apprenticeships, early careers & events.
* Champion compliance (right-to-work, vetting, BS7858).
* Deliver training, guidance & best practice to hiring managers.
What we’re looking for:
* Recruitment/talent acquisition experience (security, fire, or engineering a bonus).
* Strong knowledge of compliance & UK employment law.
* Proactive, resilient, and highly organised.
* Excellent communicator with a people-first mindset.
* UK driving licence + eligible to work in the UK.
