An exciting opportunity for an experienced Reward Partner – Permanent, to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering apetitive,pliant and engaging reward and benefits proposition within a dynamic, matrix environment.
The roleAs the Reward Partner, you’ll act as a trusted subject-matter expert, partnering closely with HR, Finance and senior leaders to deliver end‑to‑end reward, payroll oversight, workforce reporting andpliance. This role offers real ownership, visibility and the opportunity to influence decision-making at a senior level.
Key responsibilitiesReward & Benefits (
1. Act as the go-to expert on reward and benefits, advising HR Business Partners and leaders on market practice and policy.
2. Lead the end‑to‑end Annual Salary Review and Bonus processes, ensuring robust analysis and on-time delivery.
3. Own benefits strategy and delivery, including annual renewals, supplier management and platformernance.
4. Monitor market trends and rmend enhancements to benefit design andpetitiveness.
5. Manage relationships with brokers, benefit platforms and suppliers to ensure value for money and service quality.
6. Design and deliver clear, engaging rewardmunications and support onboarding and induction activity.
7. Act as UK lead for International Assignee and Local arrangements.
Payroll & Reporting (
8. Provide oversight of monthly payroll and deputy support as required.
9. Deliver accurate payroll planning, forecasting and budgeting in partnership with Finance.
10. Produce high-quality reward and workforce analysis to support benchmarking, job evaluation and incentive design.
11. Own HR dashboards, KPIs and ad‑hoc reporting, turning data into meaningful insight.
HRpliance (
12. Lead reward‑related HRpliance, audits and risk management activity.
13. Ensure policies, processes and reporting meet legal,ernance and audit requirements.
About you
14. CIPD qualified or equivalent or hold a relevant Reward qualification (degree preferred).
15. Proven experience in a reward‑focused role within a matrix organisation.
16. Highly numerate with advanced Excel skills; Power BI experience desirable.
17. Confident advisor to senior stakeholders with excellentmunication skills.
18. Detail‑driven,mercially minded and able to managepeting priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
19. Self-sufficient, proactive andfortable working within a small, collaborative team.
