We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our sales operations through professional customer interactions and effective communication. This role combines customer support with sales awareness and requires confidence when speaking with potential clients.

1. Engage with customers and prospects via phone or online communication channels
2. Provide clear, accurate information about company services
3. Handle inquiries professionally and follow structured call guidelines
4. Identify customer interest and relay relevant details to the sales team
5. Log interaction outcomes and maintain updated client records
6. Strong spoken English with a clear and confident speaking style
7. Prior experience in customer service, sales support, or call center roles is an advantage
8. Professional phone etiquette and customer-oriented communication
9. Ability to follow scripts while adapting naturally to conversations
10. Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free work environment
