The role
Loom Talent are working exclusively with a luxury retail brand with a UK headcount of c2500ppl and a global e-commerce reach. This business is going from strength to strength following an in ternal 're-jig' and stabilisation project and is looking to bring in a specialist to add value to the team during a maternity leave. They are looking for a HR Systems Specialist/Analyst to join them on an initial 12-month FTC based out of their Hertfordshire site on a hybrid basis. This role is split into three main objectives Data reporting and analytics Partnering with Key Stakeholders, building relationships to understand their priorities and key objectives. Proactively investigate data trends to understand if there are findings that could support business initiatives. Manage all HR reporting, across all areas including ED&I, Team structures and pay and bonus reviews etc Maintain all general business reports ensuring they are fit for purpose and in line with business strategies. Systems Maintenance and Optimisation Manage all data integrity from a HRIS and payroll system perspective Ensure all data compliance is high, including all security tests and system contracts Build relationships with external vendors to ensure additional troubleshooting is managed effectively Be the first point of contact for all systems queries and trainings throughout the business Projects!
