We are looking for an experienced Shift Manager / Bar Supervisor with experience in managing / supervising a team of staff.

Weekly Rota include the following shifts: WEEKENDS DAY, WEEKEND EVENINGS, WEEKDAY DAY, WEEKDAY EVENINGS (MONDAY to SUNDAY)

We're looking for someone who's a good communicator and hands-on.
Reporting to the General Manager, you'll be a key member of our management team.
When on shift, you'll be on the floor running the bar & restaurant and assisting your team.
We'll rely on you to make sure every area works well together - from the restaurant to the bar, to table service.
It's all about getting the best from each member of the team. Leading by example, you'll get stuck in to help out, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to deliver outstanding customer service and memorable experiences.
You'll bring your proven experience of leading shifts. When there's a problem, you solve it. A great communicator with excellent coaching skills, you help everyone deliver their role to perfection. Your shifts will include a mix of Bar Shift Manager (running a shift) & Bar Supervisor (overseeing and working on the bar), dependant on our rota and staff levels.
Key responsibilities:
Delivering excellent customer service.
Serving customers at the bar and assisting the front of house team when required.
Handling deliveries.
Ensuring health and safety is always observed.
Opening up and locking up the venue.
Cashing up.
Dealing with customers.
Solving problems.

Pay: £12.75-£13.25 per hour
