Due to the continued growth of our company, Simpler Law is looking for a regional sales manager for our well-established, nationwide, venue-based sales team. Your Job NO LEGAL EXPERIENCE NECESSARY OTE £70,000-80,000 Simpler Law is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead, develop and motive a nationwide team of venue-based sales professionals operating Tuesday to Saturday, 9-5. This is a hands-on role managing a team based across retail venues, events and high-footfall public locations. You will be responsible for driving performance, ensuring sales quality and building an ethos of accountability and consistency across the team. You will play a key role in ensuring sales output and helping every member of the team to perform at a high level. Key Responsibilities: Manage a team of venue-based sales staff in a defined area Drive performance against weekly and monthly sales targets Monitor KPIs and performance Conduct regular venue visits to motivate and coach the team Identify underperformance and implement improvement plans Ensure standards and compliance are maintained across all venues Job Requirements Experience managing field sales or venue-based sales teams Background in high-volume, high-activity sales An ability to talk to people and enable a conversation Great people skills!
