Job Responsibilities
1. Lead and coordinate supplier scrum teams to deliver digital capabilities effectively for Heathrow Product Managers.
2. Oversee product backlogs and sprint planning to ensure successful delivery of business outcomes and change activities.
3. Manage smooth release processes into business-as-usual within a DevOps environment.
4. Lead matrix teams (Product Owners, consultants, engineers) for platform releases, business demand, and project interfaces.
5. Drive adoption of mandatory platform changes and prioritize user stories appropriately.
6. Maintain quarterly release runbooks in Microsoft DevOps and oversee sprint planning across teams.
7. Monitor progress, reporting, and manage release activities, including regression testing, analysis, and integration, in line with contractual obligations.
8. Identify opportunities between quarterly releases to deliver new features and improvements.
9. Oversee third-party contracts for additional delivery capacity as needed.
10. Collaborate with the Salesforce Technical Product Owner to maintain CI toolsets and manage hotfix processes.
11. Manage the Quality Assurance Manager and ensure best practices in CI/CD processes, including automated testing.
12. Keep documentation up-to-date and coach teams on Agile methodologies.
13. Administer Azure DevOps, ensuring compliance with HAL standards regarding security, data, and support.
14. Manage Agile DevOps Product Teams to meet the needs of Product Owners and contractual commitments.
15. Lead a portfolio of multi-million-pound projects using agile methodologies.
16. Deliver projects in a fast-paced, complex environment, working with outsourced suppliers and partners.
17. Take accountability for project delivery, including financial management and negotiations.
18. Engage and influence stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
