An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or highly experienced Conveyancer seeking a full-time position within a well-established and highly regarded conveyancing team. This role offers the chance to manage your own caseload while benefiting from a fully remote working environment.
About the Role
This is a fantastic full-time opportunity where you will take responsibility for your own portfolio of residential conveyancing matters. You will handle a varied caseload including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity, ensuring transactions progress efficiently from instruction through to completion.
Working as part of a collaborative team, you will liaise directly with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors to deliver a seamless and high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish
* Review titles, contracts, search results, and supporting documentation
* Draft and check legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage paperwork
* Communicate effectively with clients and third parties to maintain progress
* Oversee all stages of the conveyancing process, including exchange, completion, and post-completion
What You’ll Need
* Qualification as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or significant experience in residential conveyancing
* Proven ability to independently manage a full caseload
* Strong understanding of UK conveyancing procedures and property law
* Experience using Land Registry systems and search platforms
* Professional membership (e.g. Law Society or CLC) is advantageous but not essential
