Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Remains calm and solution-oriented under pressure
* Is confident using hotel systems (training will be provided)
* Speaks fluent English – other languages are a plus!
* Lives locally or can reliably commute at short notice
* Has the right to work in the UK
Previous experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles is desirable but not essential – we value your attitude and willingness to learn.
