Our specialist SEN / SEMH team are currently looking for dedicated, reliable, and willing candidates to place within a variety of roles supporting students to achieve their goals. As a teaching assistant, you are expected to support students with accessing their individualised curriculum and education pathway. You will need to be able to build a strong and a trusting relationship, support them with their schoolwork but also be the someone that they can talk to if they need to. Direct experience working within schools is not required however it is preferred; inexperienced candidates will be considered dependant on transferrable skills. Masterclass Education provide CPD recognised online training, covering subjects such as Safeguarding, Autism Awareness, Understanding Child Development, Violence Reduction, and more, to all our candidates.
