We’re looking for an organised and hands-on Office Services Coordinator to support the Office Services Manager (OSM) and lead a small team of administrative and managed services staff. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership, drive team performance, and contribute to a high-performing operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Support and deputise for the Office Services Manager when required
* Lead, motivate, and develop a small team to deliver high-quality support services
* Manage absence, holidays, and performance in line with company policies
* Allocate and coordinate team workloads, ensuring tasks are completed to agreed deadlines
* Provide administrative support across multiple departments as needed
* Support recruitment activities and the rollout of HR processes and initiatives
What You’ll Bring
* Previous experience in an HR or office services environment
* Proven experience supervising or coordinating an office-based team
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
* A confident communicator who performs well under pressure
* A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on continuous improvement
