The role suits someone who has led operational delivery across large music or sporting events and knows how to manage project managers in a high-pressure environment. A background in temporary power is helpful, though the key requirement is hands-on experience with complex, high-profile event programmes.
What the role leads
Management and development of project managers and event delivery teams
Close coordination with commercial, technical, and on-site teams
Improving processes, reporting, and client experience
Ideal profile
Senior operational leadership within events
Experience across major music or sporting events
Strong people leadership, particularly in guiding project managers
Confident with planning, logistics, and commercial performance
Background in temporary power, staging, infrastructure, or technical services is a plus
Package
Basic salary up to £95,000
