We are recruiting a PLVE Associate Dentist with a valid General Dental Council (GDC) number to join a structured 3-year development programme designed to build clinical excellence, confidence, and long-term career security.
This is not a short-term placement. It is a deliberate career pathway for dentists who want to master private dentistry, integrate into the NHS safely under mentorship, and ultimately achieve stability with scalability.

🔹 Year 1 – Private-Only Foundation & Mastery
Focus: Skill, confidence, and brand
* Work private dentistry only
* Structured development of clinical, communication, and diagnostic skills
* Build a loyal patient list and personal brand

* Learn ethical case acceptance and long-term treatment planning
Outcome: You become a confident private clinician with your own patient following.
🔹 Year 2 – NHS Entry with Structured Mentorship

* Secure NHS work under a trained PLVE mentor
* Learn how to work safely, efficiently, and sustainably within the NHS

o Record keeping & compliance
o Risk management
* Continue private dentistry alongside NHS development
