What You'll Do as a Technology Consultant:
* Contribute to major transformation programmes across the Energy & Utilities sector, supporting the design and delivery of technology-enabled change.
* Break down complex technical or business topics into clear, actionable insights for client stakeholders.
* Provide functional and technical input across solution design, build, test, and deployment.
* Drive high-quality delivery, managing risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
* Work across Agile and Waterfall methodologies, supporting teams across global locations.
* Stay current with emerging technologies and apply them in client engagements.
What We're Looking For in a Technology Consultant:
* 3-5 years’ experience in the Energy or Utilities sector, with an understanding of current industry challenges and trends.
* Experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes (ERP, CRM, or similar).
* Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder-management skills.
* Experience managing or mentoring team members.
* Working knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall delivery approaches.
* Understanding of RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management.
Desirable Skills:
* Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) or SaaS platforms (Salesforce).
* Industry or programme management certifications.
* High technical and emotional intelligence.
