The role...
Be responsible for the delivery of business-as-usual activities.
Ensure that the Payroll Teams meet UK Service Standards, KPIs, and metrics.
Contribute to and support the delivery of UK Operations plans.
Manage and support the development of the payroll teams.
Support and promote the wellbeing of the Payroll Operations Teams.
Contribute to and support overall department engagement.
Work closely with other departments to support customer loyalty.
Report payroll delivery and performance to the Payroll Operations Director.
Manage customer feedback and ENPS for customers.
Act as the escalation point for operational matters.
Support recruitment and onboarding for the department.
Facilitate team meetings.
Ensure processes function effectively.
Maintain overall customer satisfaction with the Payroll Operation Service.
Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Manage Payroll Operation Customers.
Self-evaluate and identify areas for personal development.
