A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a band 6 OT post based at Reaside Clinic.
Reaside Clinic is a 92 bedded male medium secure service in South Birmingham that is part of the secure care and offender pathway. Reaside Clinic has good transport links and is close to rail and motorway networks.
The post holder will work within the established team at Reaside, supporting service users on admission and during their progression on the unit, delivering comprehensive occupational therapy assessments, formulation and interventions, whilst using evidence-based practise to assist in developing individualised care plans, promoting independence and enhancing functional abilities whilst developing innovative ways to engage service users with complex needs.
You will need to be committed to recovery based personalised care, and excited about opportunities to work with EBE in creating co produced interventions and groups that meet the demands of our diverse communities. The successful applicant will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and will work collaboratively with service users in a way that reflects our Trust Values by providing committed and high quality care.
