Cover Supervisor Are you a Cover Supervisor looking for a rewarding opportunity in a Special Educational Needs (SEN) or Behavioural School? Have you got a HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) certification to support and deliver engaging lessons across various subjects. Key Responsibilities: Deliver pre-planned lessons and provide dynamic, engaging learning experiences. Manage classroom behaviour effectively, using positive behaviour management strategies. Adapt teaching methods to support students with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and other complex needs. Provide 1:1 and small group interventions to support student progress. Collaborate with SENCOs, support staff, and external professionals to create tailored learning plans. Requirements: QTS or HLTA certification is essential. Experience in teaching, covering, or supervising lessons in a SEN or PRU (Pupil Referral Unit) setting. Strong understanding of SEN and SEMH strategies to support diverse learning needs.
