Were looking for a proactive and detail-driven Post Completion Assistantsomeone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys playing a key role in delivering a seamless client experience. What youll be doing: Managing the full post-completion lifecycle of property transactions with accuracy and efficiency. Preparing and issuing completion statements to clients and third parties. Assisting with the production of post-completion reports and summaries for both internal teams and external stakeholders. Providing essential administrative support, including filing, scanning, document preparation, and data entry. What were looking for: Prior experience in a post-completion or similar conveyancing support role. Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail. Confident IT user with the ability to pick up new systems quickly. A Law degree or equivalent legal qualification is desirable.
