St Austell Brewery is looking for a Field Sales Executive to join their expanding hybrid sales team, covering both on-trade and off-trade channels. The role involves driving sales growth, building customer relationships, executing sales strategies, and delivering excellent service in the Devon and Dorset areas.

About you
* Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with on-trade (pubs, bars, restaurants, hotels) and off-trade (retailers, supermarkets) customers within the designated territory.
* Experience in implementing sales plans and promotional activities or relevant sales exposure.
* Passionate about increasing distribution and profitable growth of St Austell Brewery products.
* Skilled in nurturing relationships with stockists, routes to market, and stores to increase sales and availability.
* Capable of managing time effectively, conducting regular customer visits, providing product education, and securing orders.
* Ability to collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to execute sales initiatives and ensure timely product delivery.
* Interest in monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
* Experience in producing sales performance reports and market insights for management.
