Responsibilities
* Maintain and update asset data within Concept CAFM (MRI Evolution) ensuring accuracy and traceability.
* Extract and compile compliance data from systems such as Bolster (Fire) and Zetasafe (Water).
* Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor compliance performance, audit findings, and risk trends.
* Support monthly and quarterly compliance reporting for internal governance and client assurance.
* Identify data gaps and inconsistencies, implementing corrective actions.
* Assist in preparing evidence for audits and regulatory inspections.
* Deliver ad hoc reports and analysis as required.
What we’re looking for
* Essential:
o Proven experience in data analysis and reporting (minimum 2 years).
o Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
o Knowledge of CAFM systems (e.g., Concept/MRI Evolution) and compliance platforms.
o Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
o High attention to detail and accuracy.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Desirable:
o Experience in healthcare or PFI environment.
o Understanding of statutory compliance requirements (HTMs, HBNs, NHS PAM).
o Familiarity with fire and water compliance systems (Bolster, Zetasafe).
o Knowledge of SQL or scripting for data manipulation.
o Knowledge of statistical techniques to measure results and show key trends.
o Ability to work under pressure to challenging timelines whilst prioritising effectively.
o Highly motivated, self‑starter with a commitment to continuous improvement and developing others as data champions.
