Job Purpose
The Marketing Account Manager will focus on developing and executing account-based marketing (ABM) strategies for key global clients across multiple regions, with the goal of driving business growth through innovative partner campaigns. This role will also support the commercial team by leveraging partner marketing initiatives to drive sales and increase revenue. Additionally, they will play a key role in managing our calendar of events and exhibitions.
Key Accountabilities
* Lead the creation and execution of cost-effective ABM campaigns targeting key accounts across the UK & Europe, APAC, UAE, and the Americas. Tailor content and messaging to each platform to drive sales and maximise partner engagement.
* Oversee paid social campaigns, ensuring budget management, performance analysis, and reporting to optimise results. Work closely with commercial teams to ensure campaigns align with sales targets.
* Leverage Effective Partner Plans to support commercial strategies. Use insights from these plans to inform marketing activities and identify new opportunities to drive sales.
* Assist in the planning, organisation, and delivery of key events, exhibitions, and customer-facing experiences. Provide on-site support and ensure seamless execution to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
* Develop high-quality, compelling copy for various platforms, including press ads, landing pages, email campaigns, and content marketing materials.
* Contribute to the execution of new B2B initiatives, including creating content strategies and developing campaigns that complement our B2B objectives.
* Oversee and manage email marketing strategies, ensuring content is targeted, engaging, and aligned with broader marketing objectives.
* Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and key recruitment appointments, particularly within the aviation industry, to ensure campaigns are relevant and effective.
* Collaborate with Commercial, Creative, Research & Insights, NPD, and regional teams to deliver integrated campaigns that support business goals.
Skills/ Qualifications & Previous Experience
* Understanding of core ABM frameworks (one to one, one to few, one to many)
* Experience of developing and rolling out joint account plans with commercial teams
* Knowledge of personalised value propositions by industry, company or persona
* Understanding of story-telling for complex B2B solutions (ie: supply chain services)
* Proficiency in CRM (eg: Dynamics, SalesForce)
* Analytics and reporting
* Must be a strategic thinker – able to see the bigger picture to develop campaigns for high-value accounts
* Collaborative worker – able to build and nurture internal relationships to execute strategies
* Adaptable – able to manage account priorities vs budgets vs industry changes
* Communication – must be able to communicate clearly at all levels, influencing key stakeholders to drive buy-in
* Must be motivated by results and a self-starter who can identify new ways of working and drive positive change.
* At least five years’ B2B marketing experience either agency-side or in-house
* Ideally would have experience in the aviation industry, preferably onboard hospitality.
