Wholefood Shop Coordinator
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £24,968.13 - 25,550.25
We have an exciting opportunity for a Wholefood Shop Coordinator to work in our Wholefood shop in Wigton.
Responsibilities
* Manage the overall functioning of the shop, including day-to-day operations and ensuring maximum engagement of the individuals we support and the profitability of the shop.
* Work with our individuals to develop and build on abilities, enabling them to develop their strengths and to have an active role in the community by working in the shop.
* Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a welcoming, safe and effective retail environment.
Qualifications
* Previous experience of working in the social care sector and also in retail is essential.
* We are looking for people with the right attitude, skills and interests who are passionate about working with people.
