Job Description
As a Catastrophic Injury Solicitor NQ-5 your duties will include:
* Assist on a a caseload of catastrophic injury claims with appropriate supervision.
* Provide high-quality legal advice and documentation to clients.
* Assist in the preparation of court documents and case strategies.
* Engage with clients, insurers, and other parties professionally and efficiently.
* Conduct legal research to support case preparation.
* Collaborate with colleagues on complex cases to achieve successful outcomes.
* Ensure all work complies with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements.
* Attend networking events and contribute to business development initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Catastrophic Injury Solicitor NQ -5 should have:
* A qualifying law degree or equivalent legal qualification.
