Nexwave Recruitment are currently seeking experienced FLT VNA Drivers to join our clients busy warehouse operation based in Walsall. This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable and skilled drivers looking for long-term, full-time work within a friendly and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating a VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.
Moving, stacking, and relocating goods and pallets throughout the warehouse.
Loading and unloading vehicles using the VNA truck.
Ensuring all products are stored in the correct locations.
Carrying out regular equipment checks and reporting any faults or damage.
Maintaining a clean and organised working area.
Working closely with warehouse and goods-in/out teams to ensure smooth operations.
Following all health and safety procedures at all times.
Requirements:
Valid FLT VNA licence (in-date and accredited).
Previous experience in a similar warehouse or logistics environment.
Good attention to detail and ability to work to targets.
Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
Willingness to work on a rotating shift pattern.
