Job Description
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be working with customers to handle their enquiries in relation to their insurance services.You will be handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls supporting customers who to make a claim on their policy providing guidance and support and ensuring the highest level of customer experience at all times. The role will be dealing with a wide range of queries you will be using your excellent problem solving skills to come to a quick resolution for the customer.
The Successful Applicant
Previous customer service experience this could be from a range of backgrounds such as retail and hospitalityExcellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment Good problem solving skills Passionate about helping and supporting customers An excellent team player
