We are seeking an experienced Admin & Accounts Manager to join our team in North West, Northern Ireland. This role is suited to a highly organised individual with strong administrative capabilities and proven experience using Sage Accounting Software.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will manage day-to-day administrative operations while overseeing company accounts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and the smooth running of office functions.
Key Responsibilities
\t•\tManage company accounts using Sage Accounting Software
\t•\tHandle invoicing, payroll processing, expenses, and credit control
\t•\tMaintain accurate financial records and prepare reports
\t•\tOversee general office administration and documentation
\t•\tLiaise with external accountants, suppliers, and clients
\t•\tSupport management with financial and administrative reporting
\t•\tEnsure compliance with company procedures and financial regulations
Essential Requirements
\t•\tProven experience using Sage Accounting Software
\t•\tStrong administrative and organisational skills
\t•\tPrevious experience in accounts management or a similar role
\t•\tHigh attention to detail and accuracy
\t•\tStrong communication and time management skills
Desirable Skills & Experience
\t•\tFormal qualification in business managment and/or accounting
\t•\tExperience in a managerial or supervisory role
\t•\tKnowledge of payroll and VAT processes
