Job Description

You will be working with the Human Rights team to deliver the Fashion with Integrity strategy. On a day-to-day basis you will be supporting the management of the ASOS Design Human Rights Programme, contributing to audit management, data management, reporting and administration.


What you’ll be doing...

* Support new factory onboarding and help communicate ASOS requirements to suppliers
* Assist in organising and reviewing human rights audits, including helping to assign risk ratings
* Maintain the internal human rights system (TrusTrace) by entering data, updating records and generating reports
* Help track audit findings and follow up on corrective actions with guidance from the team
* Work with internal teams, suppliers and third parties to support remediation activities
* Assist with engagement activities involving external stakeholders and NGOs
* Build working relationships with the Responsible Sourcing team, suppliers and external partners
* Prepare basic reports, presentations and updates for internal teams
* Support external reporting requirements, including website and annual reporting
* Respond to information requests from internal teams and external stakeholders
* Develop knowledge of ethical trade and human rights topics
* Provide support on projects and day-to-day programme activities
* Share ideas and feedback to help improve ways of working
* Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
* Supporting our culture by championing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies


Qualifications

* A strong interest in human rights, labour rights or ethical trade
* Some relevant experience (e.g., internship, placement, or entry-level role in sustainability, retail, NGO or consultancy) ideal but not necessary
* Basic understanding of ethical trade standards (e.g., ETI Base Code is a plus)
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to gather and organise information for reporting
* Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* A collaborative and proactive approach to teamwork
* Willingness to learn and adapt in new situations
* Ability to travel if required
