The role Preparation of monthly management accounts and detailed variance analysis Supporting the budgeting and forecasting processes Preparing cashflow forecasts Monitoring and reporting on key financial performance indicators (KPIs) Performing balance sheet reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records Partnering with department heads to understand cost drivers and improve efficiency Ad hoc project work The person Part qualified or newly qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA or equivalent) Previous experience in management accounting or a similar commercial finance role Strong Excel and data analysis skills with excellent attention to detail Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across the business The opportunity This is a brilliant opportunity to join a dynamic and growing organisation at an exciting stage of its journey.
