Are you passionate about group exercise and eager to develop and deliver exceptional programmes across our One Leisure centres? This might be the role for you!
We are looking for a Group Exercise Supervisor to expand our group exercise schedules, develop a top instructor team, and maintain high standards in our studios to provide a premium customer experience.
You must hold at least a Level 2 Fitness/Group Training/Exercise to Music qualification. Strong planning and organizational skills, solutions orientation, effective communication, and leadership qualities are essential. You should be capable of delivering a 5-star customer experience, energizing participants, and exceeding participation and occupancy targets.
This role may suit an internal candidate already instructing classes who wants to take on additional responsibilities, or an external candidate with relevant experience seeking to lead and develop our programme.
Additional hours may be available through our Variable Fitness and Sports Instructor contract, paying £21.52 per hour (including market supplement).
The role is subject to a satisfactory DBS check and requires the right to work in the UK. Please note, HDC cannot sponsor visas or provide a Certificate of Sponsorship.
