The team supports individuals with severe mental health problems. We cover the Vale Royal area, including Northwich and Winsford. We are looking for a qualified mental health nurse, social worker or OT.
We are ideally looking for someone with experience working in a CMHT or working with people with severe mental health difficulties. We are a team made up of various professions including Consultant Psychiatrists, CBT Therapists, Psychologists, Mental Health Nurses, Pharmacist, Social Worker, OT, OTTI and Support Workers.

The post holder will work autonomously within a multi-disciplinary framework, undertaking assessments, duty and coordinating the care of patients with severe mental health problems. The post holder will maintain a caseload which will involve ongoing assessment, formulation of care planning, risk assessments and key working.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, report writing, and assessment skills are essential for this post. Applicants should have sound working knowledge of mental health disorders and the Mental Health Act.
