We are seeking a proactive, dedicated, and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Payable specialist to join our growing team, based at the private terminal of Farnborough Airport. This role will report directly to the Finance Manager.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in accounts payable, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and be a team player.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Managing the Accounts department inbox for multiple entities
* Posting invoices, credit card transactions, and expenses
* Managing the payment run process, including ad hoc payments
* Assisting the sales team with monthly client disbursement queries
* Completing daily bank reconciliations
* Developing relationships with key stakeholders
* Supporting the team with other duties as required
* Prioritising tasks effectively
* Being well-organised and proactive
* Trustworthy and reliable
Technical skills
* Experience with Access Dimension (desirable)
