48 hours per week.

As a Night Care Assistant, you will provide essential care and companionship to residents throughout the night, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and safety. Working closely with a dedicated team, you'll assist with personal care, mobility, emotional support, and maintaining a calm, reassuring environment.

What You'll Be Doing: Supporting residents with personal care and nightly routines Monitoring residents' well-being and responding to needs throughout the night Ensuring a safe, comfortable, and nurturing environment Collaborating with the care team to provide individualized support Documenting observations and maintaining accurate care records

What We're Looking For: A caring and compassionate nature Understanding of dementia care or willingness to learn Ability to work night shifts and provide reassurance to residents Strong communication and teamwork skills

Devonshire House in Sudbury is home to well trained and helpful staff with rooms for up to 68 residents. At Anchor, we pride ourselves in providing 24-hour care and specialised services for elderly people, the beauty of our grounds, the quality of our catering and our engaging activities we deliver. Historic and beautiful listed building with extensive landscaped grounds in a rural setting beside the river The service is immersed within an active village community. We regularly host events at the home and can attend village events or use the community shop, tea rooms or three pubs The home has lots of internal space including a cinema, conservatory and therapy room providing everyone with the space and privacy they choose
