Project Manager – Retail & Commercial FM Projects Location: Liverpool Salary: £65,000–£70,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + 20% Performance Bonus Employer: National Facilities Management Provider Key Responsibilities * Deliver M&E-led projects across retail and shopping centre environments * Develop and grow your own project pipeline within the client portfolio * Manage projects from initial opportunity and scoping through to completion * Price works, manage budgets and control costs throughout the project lifecycle * Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams * Oversee programme, quality, health & safety and compliance * Maintain strong client relationships and identify repeat work opportunities.
