Supply Teacher
Location: Exeter and surrounding areas, Devon
Pay: £125–£150 per day
Contract: Flexible – Part-Time or Full-Time
Start Date: ASAP (flexible start options available)
Teaching Personnel is currently seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to support a range of partner schools in Exeter and the surrounding area. Through our strong partnerships with local schools and trusts, we are able to offer a variety of opportunities tailored to your availability and preferences.
This is a great opportunity for teachers looking for flexible work, whether that’s occasional day-to-day cover or more regular, long-term placements.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2
Support a range of local schools as required
Adapt confidently to different classroom environments
Maintain a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning atmosphere
We’re looking for:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Confidence or experience teaching across primary age ranges (EYFS, KS1, KS2)
Strong classroom management and communication skills
A flexible, proactive, and reliable approach
A genuine passion for supporting pupil learning and development
