As our Account Director – EMEA, you will be the overall client lead for one of Aura’s Key European accounts, championing best-in-class service delivery while driving strategic growth. You will develop long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with clients and ensure excellent service delivery across all our services, including e-halo, consulting, insights, and technology solutions.
You will own the P&L for your account, work closely with internal teams, and act as both a strategic partner and trusted advisor to our clients.
What You’ll Deliver
1. Deliver revenue and profit targets for assigned client.
2. Build strong, strategic client relationships and drive service excellence.
3. Provide insight on market trends and innovations to help clients stay ahead.
4. Upsell and cross-sell services while maintaining exceptional service standards.
5. Ensure fair commercial practices and lead budget/forecast submissions.
6. Represent Aura at industry events and lead client workshops.
7. Champion continuous improvement within the Aura team.
8. Lead by example, living Aura’s values every day.
Your Experience
9. Proven experience in client services (5+ years), ideally in retail or sustainability sectors.
10. Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L.
11. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
12. Degree-level education with CRM and Microsoft 365 proficiency.
13. Experience in the packaging industry or sustainability-focused roles preferred.
14. A self-starter with a track record of delivering results in senior roles.
