Job Description
What You’ll Do
* Design and execute a comprehensive enablement strategy aligned with go-to-market priorities and product lifecycle.
* Build and maintain the Sales Playbook—messaging, positioning, objection handling, and best practices.
* Lead enablement for new product launches, ensuring readiness across direct and partner channels.
* Partner with Product early to embed commercial and competitive considerations into development.
* Coordinate high-impact sales collateral and training programmes in collaboration with Brand and L&D.
* Optimise enablement systems and processes, track KPIs, and report performance insights.
* Act as the central connector across teams to ensure seamless go-to-market execution.
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience in sales enablement leadership, designing programmes that drive revenue performance.
* Expertise in building enablement infrastructure—tools, content, systems, and frameworks.
* Strong collaboration skills in a matrixed environment, influencing without authority.
* Ability to embed competitive insights and differentiation into content and training.
* Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and measurable impact.
* Adaptability and creativity to thrive in a fast-changing environment.
