What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Ensuring the Training Calendar is fully populated each week and is executed in line with or as close to the original plan as possible.
* Monitoring the flow of unit availability to ensure vehicles are available when planned for training needs and have been circulated in advance with the Operational Team.
* Working with the Operational Team to discuss any delivery issues, including new store Risk Assessments and offloading areas at the stores, in collaboration with the driving and QHSE Teams.
* Collaborating with the Compliance & QHSE Teams to ensure drivers are fully compliant with legal and company requirements during assessments and inductions.
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Previous experience in a Training role would be advantageous.
* Flexibility and adaptability to changing customer needs.
* Ability to work cross-functionally, especially with the QHSE and Compliance Teams.
