The Job As a member of our waiting team, you’ll be supporting our Pearly Cow Manager by providing and maintaining outstanding guest service by always ensuring attention to detail, whilst having exemplary knowledge of all our menus, procedures and standards. Be proud of doing things the right way, even when no one is looking. In other words, be: Hard working and driven Have a GENUINE passion for hospitality and looking after people Have at least 1 year of experience working in a fast paced high end restaurant Be Genuine and a real team player.
