HomeServe Consumer Finance is recruiting for a Digital Product Manager – HomeServe Finance (London, Hybrid)
Location: London, UK (Hybrid working 2 days per week from the office in Kings Cross)
Travel: Minimal (Quarterly travel within EMEA and offshore centres)
Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to £75,000, company car or £7,000 cash allowance, 15% bonus, private medical, 6% matched pension

We’re looking for a Digital Product Manager to own and lead one of our core product areas – Loan Management & Payments, Origination, or Collections & Servicing. This is your chance to shape digital experiences that help homeowners transition to cleaner, greener energy solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Define OKRs and align them with our strategic roadmap.
* Build and prioritise the backlog; write user stories that matter.
* Use data and customer insights to drive meaningful product outcomes.
* Balance feature development with technical debt and bugs.
* Own agile ceremonies and sprint delivery.
* Track delivery metrics and continuously optimise team performance.
* Collaborate across Engineering, UX, and Business teams.
* Communicate progress, challenges, and wins to senior stakeholders.
* Work closely with engineering on APIs, architecture, and systems integration.
* Ensure technical decisions support scalable, secure platforms.
* Understand constraints and trade-offs in a complex product environment.
User-Centred Thinking
* Champion customer-centric design in everything you do.
* Partner with UX/UI to turn insights into intuitive digital products.
* Lead prototyping and user testing to validate ideas and reduce risk.
* 2-4 years of experience in product management (ideally in fintech, lending, or payments).
* Proficient in Agile methodologies, tools like Notion, Linear, and product analytics platforms.
* Confident managing cross-functional teams and making data-driven decisions.
* Strong communicator and relationship builder – able to align diverse teams around shared goals.
* Experience with financial services, payments, or lending systems.
* Shape the future of green finance in a high-growth startup.

* Collaborate globally within a forward-thinking EMEA network.
