The EMEA HR Business Partner will provide HR excellence at a strategic level to ensure that we attract, retain, engage and develop our talent and as market innovators in our field, drive the adoption of our solutions and practices internally and across the wider HR community. What you will be doing: Create and drive the people agenda for the EMEA region in alignment with the overall people plan, building cross cultural relationships. Embed our core values in our people practices assisting the cultural transformation of the business and improvements in engagement and recognition. Partner with teams to define and implement strategic organizational design initiatives and other interventions. Guide talent planning and management activities, using our own SHL products and solutions where appropriate and drive a high-performance culture. Coach and develop leaders through continuous change whilst engaging their teams and represent the "voice of the business" to the HR function. Implement and drive engagement of global projects and annual processes and plan and initiate staff engagement activities. Guide and resolve staff relations issues to the highest standards of integrity. Assist diversity and inclusion projects and the design and implementation of change management activities. What we are looking for from you: Essential: Experience and business acumen related to HR strategy creation and implementation HR experience working within the EMEA region Solutions orientated team player with strong relationship building abilities Able to work well across reporting lines, with a global matrixed HR team Professionalism, discretion, judgment, coaching, facilitation and diplomacy Desirable: Evaluation and diagnostics of talent issues HR experience in specifically - France, Italy and Germany Experienced in using Sage or other HRIS Interpretation of data and recommendations The candidate must have the right work in the UK Get in touch: Find out how this one-off opportunity can help you to achieve your career goals by making an application to our knowledgeable and friendly Talent Acquisition team.
