Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 10 years of experience in telecommunications architecture, specifically in OSS/BSS environments. Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, with demonstrated experience in implementing Salesforce solutions. In-depth understanding of L ead to Cash processes, including order management, billing, and revenue recognition. Familiarity with Service Delivery methodologies and frameworks, as well as Service Management concepts. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Architect).
