Job Description
* Being a role model to ensure the exceptional DO & CO quality is delivered on time at Heathrow Airport with maximum efficiency in accordance with customer requirements
* Controlling all daily activities such as pick up times, flight coordinator log sheet, check sheets and delivery notes are checked and updated
* Preparing adequate handover to crew by submitting all paperwork (delivery notes) brief on menu changes, SPML’s requests etc. Controlling the truck after offloading, matching amount of loaded and offloaded carts
* Ensuring final checking of correct packing, by sealing trolleys prior to leaving site
* Working closely with Transport and Dispatch department to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of goods to aircrafts
* Representing DO & CO on a daily basis with all external/ internal communication with our customers. You will be communicating and working closely with crew members on aircrafts to confirm all delivered goods are correct
* Ensuring operations adhere to all SOP’s and ALL relevant Critical Control Points, Health and Safety, Food safety and all legal requirements
* Defining systems of working to ensure quality of product, problems are resolved with solutions and continuous improvement initiatives are instigated
* Providing reports on productivity and other performance indicators to management
* Driving success by proactively managing team performance, provide development and succession planning opportunities
Qualifications
* Full UK Driving licence is mandatory for this role
* Strong customer service skills, dedication to excellence, and strong work ethic.
* Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills required.
* Excellent time management and attention to detail skills required.
* Strong problem solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
* Confident working in a team
* Flexibility in regards to your work availability is essential, as the Operation run 7 days a week, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
* Right to work in the UK
