About the Job You're Considering
Here at Capgemini the Domains business unit supports our clients through large‑scale transformations, enabled by brilliant technology solutions. We are looking to recruit established and motivated PMO Leads to join us and be part of this journey. We want people who love building great relationships with clients and who naturally engender trust from those they work with. You will use the right change management techniques to guide our clients through a seamless programme that ensures the smooth running of technology‑enabled transformation projects.
Hybrid working: the places you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs and those of the business; it will be a blend of company offices, client sites and home. You will not be able to work from home 100% of the time.

Your Role
As a PMO Lead you will have a handle on all elements of the programme, from project management support and control, risk and issue management, and the necessary financial controls. You will ensure the smooth running of the end‑to‑end programme across the following areas:
* Project management support: change management, risk and issue management, reporting, status tracking, and project reporting using tools such as Clarity, Open Workbench and MS Project.
* Project financial management – tracking of budgets and costs.
* Compliance – ensuring that the programme meets the standards we expect within Capgemini.
* Provision of standard documents and tools.
Your Skills and Experience
We are looking for individuals with generalist PMO experience, strong initiative, excellent networking skills and who are willing to travel to client sites across the UK when required.
