We are currently recruiting for a Bar & Lounge Supervisor at Fawsley Hall Hotel & Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels.
Fawsley Hall Hotel, located in Northamptonshire, offers a luxurious stay with 4 AA Red Stars and a 2 AA Rosette restaurant. It features a destination spa, wellness facilities, and formal gardens designed by Capability Brown.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure bar operations meet Hand Picked Hotels standards, maintaining high presentation standards.
2. Prepare, create, and serve a variety of bar snacks and beverages, seeking opportunities for creativity and upselling.
3. Focus on guest experience, providing high-quality, personalized, and memorable service.
4. Maintain knowledge of food and drink menus, including wine list and stock availability, understanding food and wine pairing principles.
5. Contribute ideas towards departmental goals and operate within role parameters.
6. Communicate and delegate effectively based on business levels and daily functions.
7. Inspire, have fun, and enjoy being part of our Hand Picked Team.
About You:
1. Previous high-end bartending or waiting experience.
2. Enthusiastic, flexible, and willing to take on new responsibilities.
3. High emotional intelligence to anticipate guest needs and deliver exceptional service.
4. Ability to meet guest experience standards, providing personalized and memorable service.
